Join our dynamic team as an Evening Front Desk Agent and become the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment during evening hours. Friday to Monday 3p-11p shift. In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring they experience seamless check-in and check-out processes while receiving exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
• Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting for the hotel’s daily operations
• Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest comfort and safety during evening hours
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
• Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring the front desk area is organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during evening shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
