We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including room charges and payments.
- Monitor phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and safety in all areas of the property.
Skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in night audit procedures within hotel management or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations.
