• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold hotel standards.
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques for different surfaces.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
• Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality to protect guest privacy and comfort.

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial management is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects safely.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest service.
