Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This overnight position combines front desk operations with light accounting duties to ensure smooth transitions between days at the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs.
- Complete nightly audit of daily transactions, balancing and verifying accounts.
- Prepare reports for management and ensure accurate financial records.
- Monitor property security and maintain a safe environment overnight.
- Respond to guest requests, handle reservations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Set up breakfast area and ensure readiness for morning service (as needed).
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.
- Basic computer skills (Hilton OnQ experience a plus).

Schedule
- Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays required (rotating schedule)
