We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
- Assist with food presentation and plating for breakfast service
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for guest transactions
- Busing tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring guest areas are tidy and inviting
- Provide friendly guest interactions, answer questions about menu items, and promote positive guest relations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth breakfast operations
- Assist with catering or banquet setups when required
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the shift
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus
- Banquet or catering experience is advantageous
- Customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and dietary guidelines
- Experience in coffee making or barista duties is beneficial
- Prior roles such as host/host, cashiering, or dietary aide can be valuable assets
