Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest suites and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Perform routine inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills in English for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus.
