Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to verify quality standards are maintained
- Implement cleaning schedules and procedures for floors, carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using appropriate equipment and products
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with industry regulations

Skills
