Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
Main shifts needed 7:00am-3:00pm & 3:00pm-11:00pm
Must be available to work 30–35 hours per week, including weekends
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
