Job Title: Front Desk Office Administration
Job Summary: Reliable and organized Front Desk Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Greet and assist patients/clients and visitors
- Direct patients to proper area of office as needed
- Verify and look up insurance information as needed
- Maintain and organize physical and/or electronic charts and records
- General clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning docs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems, email, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment:
- Office setting
- May require sitting for extended periods and frequent interaction with the public
Schedule:
- Monday thru Thursday 7:45 - 4:45
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
