Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments securely
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and anticipating guest needs
- Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Assist with guest relations by offering local recommendations, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest expectations
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations
- Previous experience working night shifts or conducting night audit procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of resort environments or large-scale hotels enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
