Evening Laundry Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and freshness of our linens, towels, and guest clothing to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in laundry operations within a hotel or similar environment. This position offers an opportunity to work during evening hours in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and specialty machines for dry cleaning as needed
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established standards
• Ensure all laundry items are cleaned efficiently and meet quality standards before returning to service areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas and equipment
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and chemicals
• Follow safety procedures related to chemical handling and machine operation
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to prioritize laundry needs and ensure timely delivery of clean linens

Requirements

• Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of laundry processes including dry cleaning is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently during evening hours in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving laundry loads throughout the shift
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle chemicals responsibly

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
