Description
Position Summary
We are looking for Hotel Front Desk Agents to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail who aim to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. This position requires consistent adherence to policies and procedures of the department.
Responsibilities
- Interacting directly with Owners and guests from the time they arrive on property until they depart.
- Processing all guest arrivals and departures and providing accurate information about the resort and surrounding area while delivering a personalized vacation experience for each Owner and guest.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Use, carry, and operate all necessary office equipment using finger dexterity.
- Communicate with employees, managers, subordinates and guests through verbal communication, hearing ability, and visual acuity.
- Visually look at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Adapt to moderate temperatures in the hotel as thermostat is controlled by hotel environmental systems. Most work tasks are performed indoors.
