Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software
- Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and local information to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong guest relations and customer service skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is a plus
- Ability to handle night shifts or flexible hours as needed; previous night audit experience is advantageous
