5am - 11am
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
- Set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively and replenished as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using a cash register.
- Ability to cook and prepare various breakfast items efficiently.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of meat cutting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
