Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, providing assistance as needed.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or amenities when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including night audit procedures, is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- A friendly disposition with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
