- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and culinary techniques.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, including answering questions about menu items, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
- Follow all food handling protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/host, server, or catering assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper cleaning procedures.
