What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at Halpin Staffing Services?
Key Responsibilities:Wiring, soldering, electrical testing, electrical assembly, and sub-assembly of medical device applications within a climate and particulate controlled environment. Complying with electrostatic discharge standards and requirements, and with the ISO class 5 clean room standards. Using precision torque tools and following electrical assembly work instructions.Verifying work other assembler’s work to quality standards. Troubleshooting equipment, and assembly builds as required. Act as a technical resource to electrical assembly team members to address and resolve inquires and problems and provide feedback to supervisors on recurring/major performance issues. Following all safety efforts in the work center with the consistent demonstration of proper PPE and adherence to all safety regulations and requirements.Maintaining a consistent 6S workplace through consistent housekeeping efforts.
