8:30am-5pm MWF, 8:30am-6pm Tues/Thurs

Will be 8:30am-5pm weekdays during normal season May-September (busy season is Oct-May)


The primary mission is is to provide limited income families with the services and assistance necessary to prevent and or alleviate energy-related emergencies from occurring, while promoting initiatives that result in a family’s long-term self-sufficiency.


This position is part receptionist, part intake clerk/caseworker. It involves screening candidates to receive assistance for energy related needs, working with people in person, over the phone, and via email.


Looking for strong work history dates in call center customer service and administrative type roles. Should have computer skills including Microsoft Excel.


$19/hour for English speaking candidates, $20/hour if bilingual English/Spanish or bilingual English/Hmong.
