Customer Success Representative
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role is centered on order entry, quoting, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints through phone and email using a CRM system. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, manufacturing-support environment.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office) based in a North America HUB location.
What You’ll Do
- Process and expedite customer orders across assigned North American regions
- Handle order entry, quoting, returns, and product/spare parts requests
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email and log all activity in CRM
- Track shipments and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery issues
- Support month-end processes, collections, and cross-functional problem resolution
What You Bring
- 3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate to advanced)
- ERP and CRM system experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
