Shift Supervisors create great experiences for associates and customers alike. They run shifts, lead the store team, and make decisions that impact store operations. This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility.
Essential Job Functions:
• Respond and anticipates guest needs.
• Graciously greets and thanks each customer.
• Follows Halfsmoke operational procedures and policies including but not limited to:
o Cash Handling
o Safety & Security
o Good Personal Hygiene
o Teamwork and support
o Opening and closing the store
• Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout the operation.
• Provide quality food and beverage to guest by adhering to all recipes and standards.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all aspects of food, beverages and restaurant operations.
• Cleans, stocks inventory, and takes pride in store appearance.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Maintains uniform and grooming standards for Halfsmoke.
• Is a positive role model for staff.
• Supporting leadership, strategy, and direction of store.
• Is responsible for the overall shift when manager is not present.
• One-year supervisory experience within a customer-facing environment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a food and beverage focused environment
• Minimum High School or GED
Salary : $20 - $40
