Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, recruiting, human resources, event planning, project coordination, or related professional experience.
- Prior recruiting experience, particularly in a professional services environment, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, HRIS, recruiting systems, and database tools.
- Support the execution of Bain’s recruiting strategy across targeted business schools and other recruiting channels.
- Help develop and maintain the annual recruiting calendar in partnership with the recruiting team and school teams.
- Coordinate formal and informal recruiting events, including presentations and interview preparation sessions.
- Assist with the candidate selection process by preparing materials and coordinating resume review inputs.
- Draft, review, and send communications and correspondence with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Help plan and execute Consultant and Summer Associate offeree programming.
- Support program logistics for Advanced Degree, pre-MBA, diversity, and other strategic recruiting programs.
- Help evaluate the success of each recruiting season by gathering and analyzing recruiting data.
