We are looking for a Sheet Metal Assistant Superintendent who is ready to grow into a leadership role while supporting field operations and project execution.
What You'll Do
You will work closely with the Sheet Metal Superintendent and project management team to support the coordination of field crews on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This includes helping ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and SMACNA standards, while assisting with scheduling, manpower planning, and job site organization. You will conduct site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress, and help coordinate with the fabrication shop to ensure materials are ready and delivered on time. This role also supports verifying layouts and material lists from drawings, tracking materials and tools, and maintaining communication between the shop, field, and project management teams. You will help guide apprentices and technicians while continuing to develop your own leadership skills.

What We're Looking For
Candidates should have 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial sheet metal fabrication or installation. A strong understanding of ductwork systems, installation methods, and SMACNA standards is preferred, along with the ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to step into a leadership path while supporting field operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic are important for success in this role. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $30 - $38
