We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field operations, oversee installation teams, and drive successful project delivery across multiple job sites.
What You'll Do
You will lead and coordinate sheet metal field crews on commercial and industrial HVAC projects, ensuring all work is installed according to plans, specifications, and SMACNA standards. This role is responsible for reviewing drawings, planning manpower and materials, and keeping projects on schedule and aligned with quality expectations. You will serve as the primary field leader, maintaining communication with project managers, general contractors, and other trades while resolving job site challenges as they arise. You will enforce safety standards, track daily progress, and ensure proper documentation across all active projects. A key part of this role is mentoring foremen, apprentices, and technicians to strengthen team performance and long-term capability.

What We're Looking For
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial sheet metal installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork installation, and fabrication methods is required, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. We're looking for someone who can lead crews, manage schedules, communicate effectively across teams, and maintain a high standard of safety and quality. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required.
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
