Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sheet Metal Project Manager/Project Engineer located in Irving, TX. The role involves overseeing HVAC sheet metal and ductwork projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with clients and team members, supervising construction and installation activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with the team and stakeholders and resolving any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in HVAC systems, particularly in relation to sheet metal and ductwork
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide exceptional client support
- Sales experience and ability to manage client relationships is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and software, or ability to learn quickly.
