Key Responsibilities:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle accounting in the US. Canadian experience is a plus
- Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software required
- Conduct full cycle accounting in A/R (Collections, invoicing, deposits, bank reconciliations) and A/P (vendor payments, credit card reconciliations)
- Complete year-end preparation
- Month end reconciliations and accruals
- Month over month variance analysis
- Control and tracking of business contracts, terms and milestones
- Lead and mentor our Finance team members
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
