About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and architectural guidance for SAP FICO implementations and enhancements.
- Design and develop solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices, utilizing your deep understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling modules.
- Leverage your extensive experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects to ensure successful migration and integration of financial processes and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and effective project execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
- Provide pre-sales support by actively participating in solution demonstrations, preparing proposals, and engaging with potential clients to showcase the value of our SAP FICO solutions services.
- Apply your expertise in complex finance modules to solve intricate business challenges.
- Develop innovative solutions that streamline financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize overall financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 10-15 years as an SAP FICO consultant, architect, or lead, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects.
- Pre-sales experience, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solution proposals.
- Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and ASAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus.
