Guardian Security Systems is looking for experienced Fire Systems Installation Technicians to fill available positions in our Seattle office. We believe in training and cultivating our employees to ensure they have a long-lasting and fulfilling career.
Salary: $39-$54/hour DOE

Responsibilities
- Able to lead a Fire Alarm installation and direct others to their respective roles
- Work directly with customers onsite to communicate the results of the work completed and any follow up required. Able to train customers on the system being installed.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
- Reviews the following week’s schedule and communicates with leads
- Arrives on site prepared and on time
- Maintain quality ongoing notes in CRM system (Sedona)
- Maintain positive relationships with Project Mangers, Admin and Sales Team
- Completes all required paperwork on time
- Professional attire and appearance
- Develops plan with manager to further career.
- Must self-dispatch to sites, ensuring timely arrival to customer’s homes and businesses.
- Travels as required to perform the service needs of the customer.
- Demonstrates significant on the job skills.
- Participates in the on-call schedule.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Electrical 06 license
- FA1 Seattle
- FD Certification
- NICET Level 2
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods of times.
- May be required to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20 lbs. of force frequently.
- Must be able to climb a ladder.
- Must be sufficiently flexible to crawl through attics and crawl spaces when required.
- Must have the ability to drive extended distances to and from appointments
- Must be willing and able to stay in hotels, motels or other accommodations provided by the company.
