Responsibilities
- Create and update databases, filing systems, and records.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
- Run and analyze sales reports.
- Provide general office support and assist with compliance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively in various situations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic technology skills, including proficiency in Excel, company software, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of towing industry standards, costs, and best practices is a plus.
