Guaranty Bank is looking to add a Marketing Associate II to our team. The individual in this position will assist in the marketing activities for Guaranty Bank. They will provide assistance for all areas of the bank, including Mortgage, Retail, Commercial Lending, and Financial, and will support the Director of Marketing and others in conjunction with the overall bank marketing strategic plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the implementation of Guaranty Bank's marketing program through the creation of marketing materials in both electronic (digital advertising/social media) and print formats, ensuring they are consistent with Guaranty Bank's brand.
• Assist and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives to reach the desired target audience through appropriate channels.
• Lead, manage and grow all social media profiles and presence to create channel-specific content, engage in relevant discussions/reviews, develop social promotions, and monitor/track monthly efforts.
• Lead, curate and produce video content that tells our story, promotes our products and enhances our brand to both internal and external audiences such as client stories, internal company announcements, share culture, product marketing, culture promotion, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a graphic design, marketing or other related area required.
• A minimum of three to five years of successful experience in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics and experience in art and graphic design or a combination of equivalent education and experience is preferred. Familiarity with print and digital media is also preferred.
• Previous experience in graphic design, coordination of print production, and digital advertising is required.
