This role ensures product quality, accurate documentation, and compliance with GMP and safety requirements while supporting efficient production in a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Operation & Production SupportMonitor equipment functions and operate machinery per documented procedures.Maintain operational logbooks and production records.Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs within the assigned manufacturing area.Follow supervisor instructions while observing quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.Maintenance & Material HandlingAssist with Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities following established procedures.Support material handling as needed.Maintain segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers.Quality, Compliance & SafetyAdhere to and demonstrate compliance with company and department SOPs, including GMP, device history records, hazard communication, and safety rules.Utilize written procedures and training to complete assigned tasks.Accept full accountability for product quality.Report unresolved issues encountered during the workday to supervisors or management.Documentation & HousekeepingMaintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation.Keep work areas clean, organized, and orderly at all times.Required Experience:Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.Ability to follow detailed written procedures and work instructions.Nice-to-Have Experience:Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments or medical device manufacturing.Required Skills:Machine and equipment operationAttention to detail and quality controlDocumentation and recordkeepingPreferred Skills:GMP compliancePreventative maintenance supportMaterial handlingSafety and hazard communication awarenessAdditional Skills:Ability to identify and report equipment issuesAbility to follow supervisory directionInventory tracking and documentation accuracyHousekeeping and workplace organizationBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:An innovative medical technology company focused on empowering healthier lives, with an emphasis on women’s health and well-being.
