This role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data and concepts into actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCompletes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goalsWorks independently on most issues while providing direction on overall program plans and objectivesOwns most or all deliverables within the program implementation planCommunicates findings and recommendations to various levels of managementDevelops budget forecasts, conducts variance analysis, and proposes corrective solutionsCreates new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings, and delivers actionable business insightsTop QualificationsStrong program and project management experience, preferably within the utility industry (not required)Proven ability to analyze data across multiple formats (text, numerical, qualitative) to identify process improvement opportunitiesDemonstrated success working under tight deadlines with limited resourcesExcellent communication skills, especially when conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective solutionsEducation & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience: 6 years of related experience or equivalentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequiredAdvanced knowledge of Program Management principles and methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects with demanding timelinesStrong understanding of business drivers and operational impactsAbility to assess, recommend, and implement solutions for assigned initiativesPreferredExperience managing or directing teamsAbility to work within a regulated environmentKnowledge of energy industry applications at the local customer level, including energy efficiency and customer programsWork Environment & TravelPrimarily office-based with extensive use of computers, phone calls, conference calls, and in-person meetingsHybrid assignment with potential field visitsTravel may be requiredEquipment & Additional InformationCompany-issued laptop providedPPE provided for field visitsPersonal cell phone required on occasion (no reimbursement for cell phone expenses)BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401(k) Retirement FundAbout the CompanyA leading natural gas and electric energy company serving millions of customers across the United States.
