- Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (half-hour lunch)
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project activities in compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements. This role will ensure safety standards, environmental compliance, scheduling, cost effectiveness, and overall project administration. The Project Coordinator will also provide liaison support to contractors and collaborate with the account services team to address HR matters, administer HR programs, and provide human resources guidance.
- Coordinate project activities ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Support the Project Manager in scheduling, safety monitoring, cost control, and administration.
- Manage and evaluate environmental compliance and training requirements.
- Oversee drawing management and project documentation.
- Provide liaison support with contractors as directed.
- Collaborate with business unit staff on HR-related matters and program administration.
- Deliver human resources counsel and support in alignment with company policies.
- 2–4 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
