Job Summary
Join a dynamic production test team as a Test Operator, working hands-on with advanced semiconductor testing systems and equipment. This role involves performing electrical tests on devices using both manual and automated tools in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a high-tech manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual and automated test equipment for semiconductor devices.
- Conduct visual inspections and count devices for quality assurance.
- Assist in fulfilling engineering work orders accurately and timely.
- Interpret pass/fail criteria and input data into Camstar production systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized test floor area.
- Refill nitrogen tanks as required.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a related production or testing environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of microscopes and semiconductor handling.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Previous work in a cleanroom or ESD-controlled environment.
- Experience using production tracking systems like Camstar.
Required Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adapt under pressure.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
