Repair Coordinator II
Lanham, MD (On-Site)
Shift: Mon–Fri | Possible OT
Contract: 3–6 months (potential extension up to 2 years)
Overview
We’re seeking a Repair Coordinator II to support a high-volume Federal Technical Center. This role focuses on receiving, tracking, and coordinating customer radio communication devices — ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth processing from intake to completion.
This is not a warehouse position — it’s a coordination and data-driven role in a professional service center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and validate customer equipment in internal systems
- Perform accurate data entry of device and customer information
- Communicate professionally with customers on repair status and next steps
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet service level objectives
- Maintain accountability for workflow, deadlines, and reporting accuracy
- Follow established work instructions and ISO9001 quality standards
- Support phone/email inquiries and internal coordination
Qualifications
- 2 years in administrative, logistics, or service coordination roles
- Strong computer skills — Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite preferred
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift boxes up to 35 lbs as needed
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive under minimal supervision
- U.S. work authorization required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
