Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and monitor technical systems and infrastructure within the Service Delivery environment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes by providing timely technical insights and actions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, facility management, and external service providers to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation using internal knowledge bases, collaboration tools, and document management systems.
- Ensure compliance with established processes, guidelines, and vendor agreements.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Provide user support within defined SLAs, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
