IT Support (ServiceDesk Management Team)
Pain Point / Skillset Focus: Endpoint / Mobility Specialist (MDM / Azure)
Location: Nashville - Onsite (5 days/week)
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Mobile Device Technician to support the deployment, management, and ongoing support of a large-scale mobile environment. This role will play a key part in designing and executing mobile device management (MDM) processes, supporting end users, and ensuring devices are configured, secure, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support approximately 470 mobile devices (iOS and Android), including smartphones and tablets
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobile device management using Azure-based platforms
- Perform device imaging, provisioning, and updates to ensure consistency across all devices
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for mobile device issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Manage mobile device lifecycle including setup, maintenance, updates, and decommissioning
- Partner with internal teams to ensure devices meet security, compliance, and operational standards
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of all mobile assets
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and platforms (Intune preferred)
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments
- Hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets)
- Experience with device imaging, provisioning, and deployment at scale
- Ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical issues independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and process
Preferred Experience
- Experience building or improving SOPs for device management
- Exposure to enterprise security standards and compliance practices
- Background supporting large-scale device rollouts
