Salary -- $75-85k depending on experience
GSD Search is partnered with a growing accounting and advisory firm in Nashville that is expanding its team with the addition of two Client Accounting Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and want exposure to a variety of businesses and financial operations.
This is not a traditional corporate accounting role. The team is seeking individuals who are adaptable, client-focused, relationship-oriented, and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving advisory practice supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple client engagements across various industries
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial operations
- Help improve accounting processes, systems, and workflows
- Work within QuickBooks and related accounting platforms
- Partner closely with internal leadership and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial information
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- QuickBooks or similar accounting system experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing environment
- Self-starter mentality with a team-oriented and low-ego approach
- Public accounting, advisory, or small/mid-sized business experience is a plus
