About the Role
This role supports a key Technology Governance initiative focused on building and organizing an enterprise-wide service catalog across a complex environment. The objective is to create clarity across a large portfolio of applications by documenting what exists, how systems are used, and how they relate to one another. This is a highly analytical, documentation-focused role that blends elements of business analysis, research, and structured problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across technology and business teams to understand applications and systems
- Conduct discovery sessions to document what tools do, how they’re used, and what processes they support
- Organize applications into structured categories and logical groupings
- Build and maintain a centralized service catalog (Excel or similar tools)
- Analyze similarities, overlaps, and gaps across systems
- Create clear, structured documentation to support decision-making
- Contribute to broader Technology Lifecycle Governance efforts

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to gather information, ask the right questions, and connect concepts
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation
- Comfortable working in an evolving, less-defined environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with different teams
Required Skills
