We're on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our aggressive growth plans in North America. This role involves coordinating sales distribution, setting goals, and ensuring the success of our sales representatives and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the V.P. of Sales and Marketing to achieve sales goals.
- Grow business by product line and territory, setting and tracking goals for sales teams.
- Understand customer needs and align solutions within corporate parameters.
- Conduct business meetings, build and maintain customer relationships.
- Administer pricing, terms, and payment considerations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, assisting in sales plans and strategies.
- Travel to customer sites, maintaining contact with manufacturers' representatives.
Requirements:
- 4-year business degree, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of sales experience, 5 years in regional sales management, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to translate executive vision into actionable results.
- High energy, professionalism, and a motivating team player.
- Ability to travel up to 50% through Washington state to Southern California.
