Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.

Manage wholesale sales channels and maintain strong partnerships with dispensaries, distributors, and retail partners.

Establish annual sales forecasts, goals, and performance metrics for the PA/NJ region.

Collaborate with Marketing to execute brand placement strategies and promotional campaigns.
Client & Market Development

Represent Justice Cannabis Co. as a passionate brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Cultivate long-term partnerships through trust, transparency, and product education.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to maximize profitability and shelf presence.

Monitor competitive trends, pricing, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, compliant fulfillment of wholesale orders.

Work with the Compliance team to ensure all sales activities meet state and federal regulatory standards.

Align sales strategy with production schedules and inventory forecasting.

Provide leadership with data-driven insights and regular reporting on sales performance, market share, and revenue metrics.
