Delivery Driver

At Justice Grown, we're looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the secure transportation of cannabis products.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations by safely transporting products to dispensaries and wholesale customers throughout New Jersey while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and state cannabis regulations. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service.

Our delivery routes span throughout New Jersey and up to approximately two hours from our cultivation facility. We provide company delivery vans, fuel, GPS equipment, paid training, and comprehensive benefits so you have the tools you need to succeed. When not on delivery routes, you'll assist with order fulfillment by picking and packing orders to support daily operations.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting products while maintaining compliance, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale customers throughout New Jersey.
  • Provide prompt, secure, and professional delivery service while creating a positive customer experience.
  • Operate company vehicles safely while following all company policies, state cannabis regulations, and traffic laws.
  • Plan and execute efficient delivery routes using company-provided GPS, routing software, and mobile technology.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Complete delivery documentation, compliance records, vehicle logs, and other required reporting accurately and on time.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure company vehicles remain in safe operating condition.
  • Maintain accurate chain-of-custody and inventory security throughout each delivery route.
  • When not completing deliveries, assist with order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, receiving, and organizing inventory while maintaining company quality standards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
  • Research and resolve delivery concerns while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused professional with excellent driving skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • One (1) year of delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass all required state cannabis background checks.
  • Experience using GPS, routing software, and mobile technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable state cannabis regulations and company policies.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, with future weekend availability based on business needs.
