Responsibilities
The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans.
Qualifications
Candidates with relevant 2-7 years of experience, strong analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply. The expected annual pay range for this position is $245,000 - $440,000. Please note that the offer amount will be dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
