Social Media & Content Coordinator

Position Summary

The Social Media & Content Coordinator supports Gronen's marketing efforts by creating and coordinating engaging content that showcases the company's development, construction, restoration, properties, employees, and community involvement.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of social media content and assists with photography, video, website content, basic graphic design, and marketing materials. The Coordinator works closely with the Marketing, Communications, & Strategy Manager to maintain Gronen's brand, tell the company's story, and identify opportunities to showcase its work.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who enjoys photography, video, social media, writing, and creating content that connects people with a company's work and mission.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain Gronen's social media accounts

· Develop and maintain a content calendar

· Create social media posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos

· Photograph and capture video of projects, properties, employees, and events

· Write social media captions and basic website/blog content

· Create simple graphics and marketing materials using existing brand standards

· Assist with website content updates

· Support marketing efforts for projects, properties, events, and company initiatives

· Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics

· Work with departments throughout the company to identify content opportunities

· Assist the Marketing, Communications, & Strategy Manager with marketing projects and campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

· Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram

· Strong photography and visual storytelling skills

· Strong videography and editing skills

· Good writing and communication skills

· Basic graphic design

· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

· Comfortable working with people and capturing content in a variety of settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
