About Us
Greylock Recovery is a residential substance use treatment facility located in Williamstown, MA. We provide comprehensive, trauma-informed care at ASAM 3.7 (ATS/Detox) and 3.5 (CSS) levels of care. Our mission is to support recovery through evidence-based practices, harm reduction, and person-centered treatment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our clinical programming and supervise our team of counselors and support staff. The Clinical Director will ensure that all treatment services are delivered in compliance with BSAS, DPH, DEA, and Joint Commission standards, while maintaining a compassionate, recovery-oriented environment for patients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- -Provide leadership and oversight of clinical programming, including individual therapy, group therapy, family involvement, and case management.
- -Supervise clinical staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- -Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- -Collaborate with the Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Case Management and other department leaders to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
- -Lead quality assurance, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement of treatment services.
- -Participate in policy development, staff training, and organizational planning.
Qualifications
- Required: LICSW or LADAC I (LICSW strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in substance use treatment, including supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and evidence-based treatment models.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards (BSAS, DPH, JCO, DEA).
