We have been retained by a high-growth, privately- owned brand to find a Plant Director for their flagship facility!
This is a great opportunity for individuals with a hands-on approach and the ability to effectively coach and mentor floor-level staff. Experienced Plant Managers and Plant #2's are encouraged to apply!
*Fresh-cut Produce experience is required to be considered for this position*
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree
- Must have 10 years of food manufacturing Operations Leadership experience
- Hands-on out on the floor style leading the development of the team
- Developer of people, process and systems
- Track record of delivering results using KPI's and CI programs such as Lean Manufacturing
- Ideal candidates will have experience with perishable products
