Sr. Plant Director
We have been retained to identify a Sr. Plant Director for a large, complex food manufacturing operation producing a variety of products for one of the fastest-growing brands in its category. This facility plays a critical role in supporting the company's continued expansion and long-term growth strategy.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Servant leadership style with a proven ability to develop and engage teams
• 7 years of experience leading large, complex food or beverage manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success driving results through people, process, and systems
• Experience implementing and sustaining Lean, TPM, or similar Continuous Improvement programs
• Sense of urgency and bias for action in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Location: North Carolina
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
