Plant Manager
We’ve been retained to recruit a Plant Manager a large international company.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a people-first leadership team within a global organization known for its servant leadership culture and commitment to operational excellence.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- BS degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
- A strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills
- 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar)
- A servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing people
- Ability to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity
- Experience with plant expansions or major capital projects (a plus)
Location: Huntington, WV
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
