Job Title: Plant Manager
As a Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing resources, optimizing supply chain processes, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations to achieve performance, cost, and quality goals.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, production planning, and key performance indicators.
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
