National Sales Manager
Industrial Chemicals & Hazmat Distribution
Pay: $95,000β$135,000 base commission/performance bonus

Position Overview
A rapidly growing national distributor serving the cannabis extraction and manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow a nationwide sales organization.
This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team while driving national revenue growth, key account development, and strategic sales initiatives.
Our company distributes high-purity industrial chemicals, compressed gases, filtration products, and laboratory supplies through a nationwide fulfillment network and private delivery fleet. Success in this role requires understanding both technical sales and the operational logistics required to deliver hazardous materials safely, compliantly, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a national sales team.
- Establish sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and CRM accountability.
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts.
- Lead strategic negotiations and key national accounts.
- Partner with operations and logistics to ensure customer commitments are executed successfully.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications Required
- 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- 2 years managing a multi-state or national sales team.
- Experience selling technical, industrial, chemical, laboratory, or regulated products.
- Strong leadership, coaching, forecasting, and CRM skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
Preferred
- Cannabis extraction industry experience.
- Industrial gases, chemicals, or laboratory supply experience.
- Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA hazmat transportation.
- Experience building sales organizations and processes.
