Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Greet customers with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for an outstanding service visit
- Schedule appointments and accurately document customer and vehicle information
- Create and explain service estimates clearly and confidently
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates
- Secure proper approvals for additional recommended work
- Partner with technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs
- Consistently meet or exceed CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) expectations
- Educate customers on maintenance recommendations that protect their investment
- Follow all dealership safety standards and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to understand technical information and explain it in a clear, relatable way
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
